Physical Interview Process

Everything you need to know about your attachment interview at Mfano Bora Africa Ltd.

Interview Location

All attachment interviews are conducted physically at our head office located along Ole Sein Road, Nairobi. No virtual or phone interviews are offered for the attachment program.

Required Documents

  • 📄 School Letter - Original introduction letter from your institution
  • 🛡️ Insurance Cover - Valid medical insurance cover
  • 📝 Curriculum Vitae (CV) - Updated CV highlighting your skills and education
  • ✉️ Cover Letter - Brief letter stating your interest and preferred department
  • 🪪 Copy of ID - Copy of your National ID card or Passport

What Happens During the Interview

Introduce Yourself

You will be asked to introduce yourself. Simply share your name, your institution, the course you are pursuing, and why you are interested in attachment at Mfano Bora Africa.

Program Explanation

Our team will explain the attachment program details, including duration, departmental placement, supervision structure, and what is expected from you during the attachment period.

Ask Your Questions

You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the attachment program, working environment, or specific departments.

On Your First Day

Come with your logbook from your institution. That is all you need to bring on your start day.

Important Notes

  • ⚠️ The interview is physical only at our Nairobi office
  • ⚠️ There are no virtual or phone interviews for attachment positions
  • ⚠️ Come at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time
  • ⚠️ Dress professionally (business casual or formal wear)
  • ⚠️ Keep your phone on silent during the interview
