"During my attachment as a Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) student, I gained practical exposure in both IT and business-related operations. I developed skills in computer applications such as Microsoft Office tools for documentation, data entry, and report preparation. I also learned basic troubleshooting techniques, including software installation, system maintenance, and resolving minor technical issues.
Additionally, I enhanced my understanding of organizational workflows, record management, and customer service. I improved my communication and teamwork skills by collaborating with staff and assisting in daily office tasks. The attachment also helped me build professionalism, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a real work environment."
